Once known as Kuname Manor House, Noka House is a secluded villa that rests beneath Weeping Boer Bean and Jackalberry trees, a riverside retreat on the banks of the Kuvenyami.
Noka House is ideal for families and groups seeking privacy, comfort and a sense of connection to the wilderness. Guests enjoy early morning and late afternoon safaris in open 4x4 vehicles with experienced guides, while the villa itself offers a private plunge pool, lounge areas, outdoor dining, fire pit and serene views over the river and nearby waterhole.

Noka House features two elegant en-suite bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed draped in soft netting and designed for rest after a day on safari. Large glass doors open directly onto the deck, allowing the sights and sounds of the bush to flow in — from the first light filtering through the trees to the chorus of night calls after dusk. Spacious bathrooms add comfort and privacy, while the seamless connection to the outdoors keeps you close to the rhythm of the wilderness. Under soaring thatched ceilings and rich timber beams, the lounge is furnished with soft leather seating, textured rugs, and natural tones that echo the surrounding bush. Its clear waters mirror the trees above while the bush beyond stretches out in view, often with wildlife passing quietly through.
